On behalf of the staff and pupils may I welcome you to Ursula Taylor Lower School. This website will give you a small insight into our school and the curriculum. 

Ursula Taylor Lower School caters for children from age 4-9. It is a co-educational, voluntary controlled Church of England school which is purpose built in spacious grounds. The staff and governors strive to provide the best education possible, for each individual child’s needs and abilities.

At Ursula Taylor we want our children to enjoy coming to school, to settle in happily and to derive a sense of purpose, achievement and independence. We aim to enable each child, regardless of his/her ability, to reach their full potential. This can only occur if school and home build a sound relationship based on mutual trust, understanding, co-operation and regular communication.
