Site Manager Vacancy
We are seeking to employ an outstanding Site Manager to care for and take pride in our school environment.
The successful candidate must be self-motivated and willing to unlock and lock the school on a daily basis and undertake a variety of tasks to ensure the school and its grounds are tidy, safe and clean.
You should have a keen eye for detail and demonstrate practical knowledge of DIY and maintenance, as well as having the ability to manage our Site Team.
We are looking for a pro-active, reliable and flexible person who has a good sense of humour, a positive attitude and good timekeeping.
Previous experience of this type would be advantageous but ideally we are looking for someone with a high degree of commitment to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our school community.
Our school is committed to appointing staff by following Safer Recruitment Guidelines. The successful candidate will be required to secure a clean Police Check (DBS) and references will be sought prior to interview.
This is a permanent role for 37 hours a week.
The working hours required are: 7-10:30/10:15 and 2-6pm
(The hours outside of locking / unlocking are flexible and can be negotiated.)
The Pay Scale for this role is: Level 3D Point 18 - 21.
An increased salary will be considered for an exceptional candidate.
